Return and Exchange

30-DAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your item or no longer need it, submit a return request at support@nightmotorsport.com within 30 days of receipt of goods. Provide year, make and model of your vehicle and brief description of the reason for the return. We cannot start the case without this information.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items.
  • Special order items.
  • Items that have been used or attempted to be installed.
  • Package doesn’t include all original parts.
  • Items that aren’t in original packaging or in new condition.
  • Items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. All approved returns must be returned within 14 days of RMA issue date. Do not send it back to the return address without written approval from Nightmotorsport. Be sure to include insurance for your returned items as damaged items will be refused. Failure to comply may result in voiding your return with no exchange or refund. All shipping costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense. Freight charges and pickup fees are strictly non-refundable.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to these item(s):

  • Vehicle body parts
  • Any open box items and items not in their original condition.
  • Wheels

Unless the product is defective or direct result of an error, Nightmotorsport may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit. This is to handle the cost of repackaging, shipping, and inspection fee. If the item was shipped directly from the factory, we will work with you to return to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply on these types of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. Nightmotorsport doesn’t refund shipping charges for returned items and orders that qualified for free shipping. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Nightmotorsport does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty. If you recently purchased a product from Nightmotorsport and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer service department for assistance. Our customer service representatives can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects. If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

Customers are responsible for shipping products to the manufacturer for warranty repair. We will cover any return shipping costs associated with shipping an item back to you. We recommend that you ship your product using a carrier that provides you with tracking information and proof of delivery.
